Hibernating

Sleepy purrs from Winston.  I don't know what it is like where you live but here it is still winter.
The branches are bare.   The air is raw.  I'm thankful I have a warm place I can sleep.
Hi now from Emily.  Excuse me for not getting up.  I don't want to move.  Mom says this time of year it would be nice to hibernate!   If that means napping then I'm all for it!
Our snow has melted.  The wind is still cold.  We don't trust that the snow and chilly rain won't come back.  However, we know spring is coming soon.
Just a few photos from last year...pink buds
 Beautiful trees
A quiet spot to enjoy spring

We will close with this quote from Pinterest.  Mom was a bit annoyed with it.  She thought she had the waiting part down!  Apparently, there is more to patience than waiting.   *sigh* Ha ha! We have to be patient all the time waiting for treats.
Purrs to all for a lovely week.
Don't forget to cuddle your felines.

  1. If a good attitude is stomping around, then I've got it in spades! LOL! Spring is coming, but expect Old Man Winter to insert himself one or two more times before then...drat!

  4. We have no patience at all. Okay, that's a lie, Derry can be patient when stalking bugs. Nicki and the biped have no patience. :-P

Most of our snow has disappeared too, leaving all the crusty, icy, filthy snowbanks. March probably will bring another winter blast, but right now it's just lovely to hear the robins in the morning and see things sprouting in the very protected, sunny areas.

We hope Emily is doing better, sending our purrs to you all.

    1. It's hard to be patient. I hope you manage to avoid the worst of the storm they have been forecasting for today!
Emily hasn't had another episode in 2 weeks.
      Thanks for visiting =)

  6. Hi Emily and Winston, it has been a hard winter hasn’t it? For now it looks like we won’t be having any big storms. We can finally say Spring is this month!
Take care of yourselves and your Mom!❤️
