Greetings from Emily and Willow. I recently returned from my vacation. I did NONE of the sensible projects I had planned to do like clean out my sock drawer, get out my winter clothes and get caught up on my blogging posts. Sigh. I did, however, have a nice time visiting with several friends.
Emily and Willow both had their annual visit at the vet for a checkup. I walked Emily down first and brought her back. Then I did the same with Willow.
Both fluff got their shots and a once over. I walked almost 8 miles that day. Just a wee bit exhausting. Dr B said they were doing well.
The weather was perfect. Most days were cool, overcast and had a hint of spice in the air. I visited with one friend at a cafe. My hot chocolate was delicious-velvety chocolate ...yum.
My family even came for a quick visit during my time off. It was so good to see them. Life, even on my vacation, has felt so hectic the last several months. It was nice to catch my breath, even if I wasn't able to get caught up on my home projects.
