The human needs a feline intervention

Purrs to all on this very hot and humid Saturday.  Our Mom is having a day...well it's actually been several days.   We felines try to take things in stride but, in spite of our  cool, Zen-like nonchalance, she hasn't picked up any of our coping habits.  Well, then, this is for you Mom.
Tee hee...purrmeow...if you do find her marbles she would very much like them back.
Come on, Mom, get with the program.  It's Winston now.  Do I let life get to me when things get all wonky and it's just one thing after another...NO!  You need to chill, woman!
Maybe a nice chuckle will help.  Or a nap.   Or some chocolate.  It's too hot to cuddle, Mom, bleh! It feels like 106 F with the humidity.  Our beautiful furs will just stick to you.

Mumsy, I'm sure there are other people out there who have trying times.  We will send you soothing feline thoughts....It's really too bad that the humans can't purr...that is very soothing.
We will close for now.   That Mom person needs our attention.  Don't forget-in spite of the fact that humans walk upright, have bigger brains and two thumbs, they are actually quite fragile.   Head bop your human today!

    1. Thanks, Whiskeratti. We hope she stops stressing soon, too. We have noticed a deplorable decline in our service....later with the brushings, the treats. Why there was even a couple of times when she forgot to mention how adorable we are! It really hasn't been easy for us. Purrs to you for a great weekend.

  2. Lots of purrs to your mom person. It's better to be a well-loved and pampered cat. We hope things will get better for her soon -- it seems that life for humans can get crazier as the years pass.

  6. That's one reason they have us kitties. We here to remind them how to relax and to give them a purr every once in a while.
