Hello. Winston kitty here today. It's my turn to talk about stuff. Mom neglected to feature me at all in the last post. Not one photo of me--anywhere. I am going to make her tow the line today, let me tell you. We decided to let Mom sleep this weekend. But she also needed to walk to the grocery store for human foods and some kitty stuff. There was lots of rain. She saw beautiful flowers blooming.
Hyacinths smell pretty-most especially if they are covered in rain drops. Did I mention the rain. There was lots of it everywhere.
We are fascinated by the rain slowing trickling down the window. The droplets taunt us with their slow and meandering path down the window. You just can't win against a raindrop!
But I can win with the cat dancer! Woo hoo! Mom has had to tie the feather back on the string a couple of times now. The feather is looking bedraggled and pitiful.
Mom says she loves books almost as much as I love the cat dancer. I find that hard to believe but whatever! She saw this tiny little portable library on the walk back from the grocery store. Since she already has lots of stuff checked out from the library she didn't need anything in this book box. Has anybody else every heard of such a thing? Mom liked it!
Finally, one last photo of me! Remember there were no photos of me last time. We need to make up for the deficit of Winston kitty! This is me running into the hallway. I ran out and scampered down the hall right after Mom had to get Lucy out of the hallway. Mom sure needs to be on her toes with us! We hope all felines and peoples had a good weekend and will have a great week!
Winston Kitty, these are WONDERFUL pictures of you--I think your Mom made up for leaving you out last time! We love the book box--it is so darn cute ;-) The Human has never seen one just sitting out on a tree like that. Sometimes there's a neighborhood book exchange here for people who live in the few blocks around a nearby intersection, but that's just a one-day thing. This is so fun--I hope your Mom can take one to read one of these days when she runs out of regular library books!
ReplyDeleteOh! I forgotted to answer your question! My Cattorney is Meow Catagos, the lesser known partner of Mark Geragos, and sometimes Catnipia Allnoms partner of Gloria Allred. I have found them most effective.
ReplyDeleteYour Mom is very neglectful forgetting to feature you last time when you were looking so
ReplyDeletecute. Remember the power of the claw and also the sharp toofy.

I recently learned about those book boxes and think that they are an excellent idea!
ReplyDeleteWinston, your human did a fairly good of making up for the previous lack of photos of your Stunning Self.
ReplyDeleteThat "library" is a wonderful idea, not something our human has seen on any of her walks here.
Oh, and we could do a long stretch of sunshine and warm temps to dry out our own soggy ground here. (But at least the grass is fabulously green!)
With all this rain,I think we are all glad to be indoor cats!

Pee Ess.You are still looking good!
Winston, you have fabulous furrs! So photogenic too. I am like your mom: many books checked out from library, and I still manage to pick up one or two when out at used book stores. May have to garage sale the ten boxes full of books that are hidden in the spare bedroom, to clear out space for more. My small collection of cat books now covers three shelves and half my desk!
ReplyDeleteWinston! You are such a beautiful boy! Levon and Malou liked to escape into the hallway took and give our Maam a run for her money...usually when she is late for something or another! :) Love the idea of a book "house" like that.
ReplyDeletethe critters in the cottage xo

ReplyDeleteWe love the picture of you looking at the Cat Dancer toy, Winston. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd that book box is so cool. We wish we had those here!
Winston you are such a beautiful kitty cat. Love the kitty dance. In two of the villages around they put the books in the red telephone boxes.
ReplyDeleteWe love the concentration on your face when you are looking at the cat dancer.
