I sent her a message, with feline telepathy, to get a nice cup of tea. Humans are so easy to manipulate as she didn't need much prodding from me.
Mom's DVD player is acting up so she started watching Doctor Who on her iPhone. That was a bit awkward to hold while reclining on the sofa so she used the snoozing Winston as a feline stand. *I tell you we deserve more treats for the way the Mom takes advantage of us!*

Emily is cocooning...she has even taken over my kitty butt warmer. This is not a photo of my feline bum warmer but you get the general idea.
We will get the Mom to come around and visit you when she starts being more herself again. Stay well and hug your felines!

Good job guys, that you told Mum to get some tea....but just a hint...have you heard the phrase "tea and sympathy"? Perhaps a little would go a long way toward Mum getting better.

We had to look up that phrase....and we concluded that tea was enough!
DeleteOK....Emily will give her an extra head bop. But that will be it!
Purrs for the visit.

The Winston kitty was fine with helping until one of the characters whistled. Then Winston ran off and the iPhone fell over. It was poetic justice.

Sighs. Sick hoomins... they take so much of our energy, don't they?
ReplyDeleteYes they do! We are so very tired....

I am sure with all your help your Mom will be better real soon. :)
ReplyDeleteI hope your Mom feels better soon. I love Dr. Who too :)
ReplyDeleteOscar, it's good to see you! Hope your human feels better soon, so she can devote 100% attention to the kitties.
ReplyDeleteWe love that last photo. It is so beautiful with the changing trees and geese in flight :) We hope your Mama feels better soon. Try to indulge her and give her your best attention and sympathy kitties :)
