Kitty Floor Hockey a video by cherithsky on Flickr.
Winston and I are playing a game of kitty cat floor hockey.
What do you think? Good enough for the NHL? =)

Today I helped a friend celebrate her birthday . We found a cute home style restaurant and placed our order. You will be pleased to know that I was very, very good. I had a bowl of tomato vegetable soup and tuna salad on whole wheat bread! The meal was delicious! Perfect fare for a snowy, dreary January day! |
Of course, I ordered a mug of orange spice tea. Tea makes everything taste better! |
However, for dessert, I decided that a girl needs extra calories to compensate for the bitterly cold weather we have been experiencing this past week. I think a slice of ' "peanut butter toberlone cheesecake" ought to fit the bill! |
Oscar has discovered that leaning his head over the rim of the end table lamp shade is warmer than just sitting next to the lamp. His own little sunny beach for the winter months.
I am going to be mean, though, and discourage him-I don't like him so close to that light bulb. No singed whiskers, please!

I'm sorry, professor, but Oscar was sleeping on my homework.
Excuse number 14 for non-finishment (is that even a word!) of homework =)
You are not supposed to move a sleeping, comfy cat no matter how inconvenient-right?
"No one has ever been able to discover how they [cats] make this subtle sound, and what is more, no one ever will. It is a secret that has endured from the very beginning of the time of cats and will never be revealed." ~Paul Gallico
I love his purr =)
Purrs make life a bit easier to deal with somehow.
Have a great Sunday!
Mom says i'm bad cuz she doesn't like me chewing on electrical cords. I say they deserve it--they look so enticing. Mom says it could hurt me. She wants advice on how you stop your brave felines from attacking those nasty electrical cords.
P.S--So far I have read putting hot sauce on the cords but I'm not crazy about that. Any reasonable advice would be appreciated.
She jumped on the counter (yes, she is very bad!) and knocked both containers of dry food on the floor.
Lucy then sits by them and thinks I will feed her-even though they already had lunch!!
I'm sorry to say that she is not the least bit remorseful over ANY of her naughty behavior
*sigh*
