Hello people,
Winston kitty here today. Summer weather has finally arrived and I don't like it one bit. Mom leaves out plenty of water, fans and an air conditioner is running. She also keeps the blinds closed. Today I heard her talking to the *vet* about getting my tummy fur clipped and my fur knots removed. However, the earliest she can get me in is in 2 weeks.
How do you help your favorite feline keep cool and healthy during hot, humid weather?
Enjoy your day felines and feline servants!

  2. Ice in the cat's water throughout the day, iced water mixed into their wet food, curtains closed, fans where they hang out during the day,a cold tiled floor in the laundry room, cool wood floors downstairs. That's about all we can do.

  3. Not too much of a problem here as we don't get much warm sunshine. Keep cool.

  4. We're lucky in that we have central air conditioning. We would put ice in their water if we did not, though. Oh, and draw the curtains during the day and use fans, too.
