Staying Cool

Winston kitty may be floofy but he is also a smart cookie.
If the weather starts to heat up, he knows where to go to stay cool.
Looks like he is going to need to start doing this soon, too.

Kitty brats tell all! (well, sort of!)

Peoples, Mom finally figured out the uploading photos part of her new computer.   We just want you to know that we were there for her, every step of the way, with purrs and cuddles.  It's been an interesting week off for her.
There were fun things

like a fancy breakfast out.  This is a fruit yogurt parfait.   Very fancy smancy.

She also went to the farmer's market.  We thought she should have bought one of the super cool signs.  She did NOT, though.  Get a grip, Mom.   People need to know what they are up against if they should ever come to visit us!

There were also walks in the park.  She saw lots of beautiful flowers.
She also had a few challenges, though.
There was trying to figure out this computer.   *sigh*
Cancelled plans.

But Mom says it best if you try to remember the nice things and not focus on the bad.

PS-Oscar kitty was a bit offended he was not in the first photo.  How could I not include this sweet kitty face?!!   =)

It's so cool here this morning that I need to wear a winter coat! Perish the thought =)
The kitty brats want extra food to compensate for the cooler temperatures. At least, that is what they are telling me!

Hello peoples,
Mom is still on vacation. But I'm not. Don't worry. I found the clean sheets and am proceeding to shed my most beautiful furs all over them. That was a close call. The sheets were almost without kitty fur there-phew.
Mom still struggles with the new computer . She is hoping the techy person can help. If he remembers to show up this time.

Winston kitty here this morning to tell you that Mom's computer is up and running-for now.
She is going to try and catch up with everyone within the next couple of days.
Well, I better go off and torment Lucy kitty. Mom is starting to relax a bit. Can't have that now.

Peoples and kitties-
I have been insulted. I just needed to share my outrage with someone who would understand.
Yesterday, Mom was doing laundry. She was carrying her laundry basket to the apartment's laundry room and I managed some fine evasive manouvers and escaped into the forbiddenhallway.
Alas, Mom was after me in a shot. I raced down the hallway with her in hot pursuit. I, of course, was much faster!! (woo hoo). Suddenly, one the neighbours decided to leave their apartment. I stopped short and Mom took this opportunity to swoop me in her arms and scold me. That nasty neighbour walked by. The nerve of that person. I poufed myself up ever more than usual and growled.
When we got back to my apartment mom just laughed and laughed. She thought me growling at the neighbour was hilarious.
Don't worry, though, folks. It's shedding season and I can see some opportunity for revenge.
